Scenes from this year’s South Florida Fair will be beamed to television screens across the United States tonight.

The crew from the national cooking show “Carnival Eats!” spent two days at this year’s fair filming scenes for tonight’s episode.

The program, which centers on mouth-watering and outrageous foods famously found at fairs and carnivals, airs at 9 p.m. on the Cooking Channel.
The fair, which ran from Jan. 15 – 31, featured a new menu item: lobster fries. There were also pizza fries, and the usual fried Oreos, quarter-pound bacon on a stick, bacon popcorn.
